SHIPPING POLICY
Soft Life Kids ships worldwide from our supplier network. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
South Africa: 8–20 business days via AliExpress Standard Shipping. Free shipping on all orders.
International: 10–25 business days. Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and supplier location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every Soft Life Kids purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at charity.mampa@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Gift cards and hampers are non-refundable.
